#110 - Jenny Lynn said...My father-in-law makes a meal that is amazing with rice. So, now my husband and i make it about once a week. You make rice and then you fry up chunks of potatoes (with garlic), and cook chicken. You eat it with a bed of spinach, rice layered on top, then chicken and cheese. Then cover in italian dressing. YUM! I start to crave it just thinking about it :)
