Weekly Menu - Week of 1/16

Weekly Menu PlanNew to menu planning?
We are eating out a TON this week due to being' on the go' so much... but, thanks to our gift certificates, we won't have to spend much out-of-pocket!

BREAKFAST:
  • Hardboiled Eggs and Kefir Smoothies x2
  • Grapefruit and Flax Toast w/ Almond Butter
  • Steel-cut Oats and Fruit x2
  • Barbara's Bakery Shredded Wheat and Fruit x2
SNACKS/SIDES:
  • Veggies: Kale, Cucumbers, Broccoli, Onions, Lettuce, Green Beans, Peas, Carrots, Zucchini 
  • Fruits: Bananas, Clementines, Grapefruit (thanks Paul!), Apples, Avocados, Tomatoes,  Cherries
  • Cheese - Tillamook Cheddar, Cream Cheese, Cottage Cheese, String Cheese
  • Quinoa Granola
  • Greek Yogurt (plain, fat-free)
  • Plain Organic Kefir
  • Almond Butter/Peanut Butter & Graham Crackers
 LUNCH: 
  • Birthday Party
  • Lunch Date/Play Date - Pack Lunch (Sandwiches and Veggies)
  • Lunch Date w/ Great-Grandma (use Restaurant.com Gift Cert.)
  • Lunch Date w/ Dad (use Gift Cert.)
  • Chicken Salad Wraps in Butter Lettuce
  • Leftovers x2
