Since they say breakfast is the most important meal I make sure to always eat something (either cereal or a granola or cereal bar). This is a good way to get your metabolism going and help you burn calories.

I have actually just gone through the cupboards (today) and gotten rid of almost all the junk food. I then went to our local Costco and stocked up on cottage cheese, sweet peas, peppers, cherry tomatoes, bananas and apples. When I came home, I brought out my small tupperware containers and got all the "good food" into serving sizes that are easy to grab from the fridge. I'm trying to encourage more fruits and veggies in our meals and snacks.
