Weekly Menu - Week of 5/10


This week is all vegetarian since my mother served lean meat on Mother's Day. (It doesn't work well for my or my daughter's digestive system to eat meat more than once a week.)

We have lots going on this week and have to take snacks (and some lunches) on-the-go with us. Having a little cooler in the van is a lifesaver! We don't like to do drive-thrus so making a quick, healthy lunch serves us well!

We love these Rise and Shine Muffins for a "grab-and-go" breakfast! They have lots of protein and even a few veggies in them! ;)

Some of my daughter's favorite "baggie" snacks this week will be:
And, of course, our day wouldn't be complete without something sweet. We always do a "healthy" dessert and this week we're adding Whole-Grain Chippers to our dessert plate!
