
I'm not doing an entire page this week since we won't be here all week, but here's what we're munching on while we're still here:
** I didn't link any of this week's recipes (they're all pretty straightforward). I kind of like this format, so maybe I'll continue with this. What do ya' think? Is it easier to read this way as opposed to loading the document?
Breakfast:
- Kashi waffles with blueberries
- Dry cereal and berries
- Fruit, yogurt, granola parfaits
- Peanut butter banana smoothies and flax toast
- Steel cut Oats and applesauce
- Toasted walnuts and dried cranberries
- Bananas and Almond butter dip
- Yogurt and Apple slices
- Plums and cottage cheese
- Snap peas and red pepper strips
- Cheese sticks and grapes
- Graham crackers, cream cheese and strawberries
- Black bean burritos with avocado
- Stuffed zucchini with marinara
- Leftover pasta and spinach salad
- Veggie kabobs, hummus dip and leftover Kashi pilaf
- Egg salad sandwich and spinach salad
- Kashi pilaf with roasted veggies and sesame ginger sauce
- Sloppy lentils, corn on the cob and fruit kabobs
- Pesto pasta, sun-dried tomatoes, and toasted pine nuts
- Vegetarian Frittata
