Weekly Menu - Week of 9/20



Breakfast:
  • Orange Juice and oatmeal x2
  • Dry cereal and sliced bananas x2
  • Whole Grain Waffles (from freezer) x2
  • Peanut butter banana smoothies with ground flax
Snacks:
  • Fruit and yogurt
  • Dried fruit and nuts
  • Red Pepper strips and hummus
  • Popcorn
  • Broccoli trees and dip
  • Carrot sticks
  • Whole grain crackers with cheese and tomatoes
Lunch:
  • Veggie wraps
  • Leftovers x2
  • Mushroom quesadillas and black beans
  • Cauliflower Mac and Cheese
  • Grilled Cheese and tomatoes
  • Pasta with pesto, tomatoes and pine nuts

Dinner:
