Weekly Menu - Week of 11/15

BREAKFAST:

Cereal and Juice x2
* Eggs & spinach and tomatoes w/ toast
* Steel cut oatmeal and applesauce x2
* Fruit, yogurt, granola parfaits
* Peanut butter banana smoothies and flax toast

SNACKS:


* Carrot sticks and dip
* Bananas and Peanut Butter
* Apple slices and cheese
* Mandarin Oranges
* Pepper Strips
* Cucumber slices and tomatoes
* Walnuts, Almonds and Pistachios
* Cheese sticks
* Cottage Cheese with cinnamon

LUNCH:

* Mac and Cheese with broccoli
* Spinach and Cheese Balls with Marinara
* Primavera Pasta Salad
* Veggie burgers (Morning Star)
* Leftovers x3

DINNER:


* Moroccan White-Bean sliders, sweet potato fries, and slaw
* Wild Rice and Barley soup with spinach salad
* Vegetarian Taco Salad
* Vegetable Fajitas and spanish brown rice
* Vegetable Fritatta
* Stuffed Portabella Caps, roasted green veggies, and garlic quinoa
* Spinach Manicotti and green salad

DESSERTS:


* Carob-dipped bananas
* Graham Crackers with Peanut Butter
* Popcorn
* Fruit & yogurt
