Could you please tell me why, when I go to print a new coupon that it tells me I have already printed my limit and yet I have never printed the coupon before? It happened with two of your coupons that you sent out today - the Neosporin lip care and the $5 Hallmark coupon. I have never printed either one but it won't let me have them because it says I have already printed them.
ReplyDeleteI'm not entirely sure why it has been reset (is working) for some and not others. I just printed 2 more from another computer in my house, but I had one other reader email to let me know she couldn't print this either.
