I'm not Ignoring you (on purpose, anyway)

First of all, I want to thank everyone who takes the time to write in everyday -- those emails are so encouraging and so sweet to read! Really, I appreciate them all: the love notes, the deals, the questions, all of them...

That being said, I get hundreds of emails everyday (including lots of spam -- shakes head) and it can often times be overwhelming to try and sift through each.and.every.email every day.

I do my best to answer the questions that come in and try to respond personally to your emails, but some times I just can't do it all. So, sadly, the emails don't all get answered every day. Some times, I'll be meaning to respond and the email just gets "lost." Days go by, another hundred or so emails trickle in and they just pile up and pile up.

I'm, honestly, not trying to ignore anyone. Please forgive me if you are one of the emails that has been left unanswered and PLEASE send me another email if you have a question...maybe put in the subject line "QUESTION..." That'll get my attention.

Also, I get a lot of emails from advertisers and such and, while I appreciate those emails, my main focus is answering the readers' emails.

So, I'm sorry if I didn't respond personally to your email yet. It's probably buried in my Inbox or Spam folder. Don't be mad at me. I love you, really I do. ;)
