Weekly Menu - Week of 12/13

New to menu planning?

BREAKFAST:
  • Blueberry Flax Pancakes with yogurt (make extra and freeze) x2
  • Flax Toast w/ cinnamon & grapefruit x2
  • Grits with agave nectar
  • Green Machine juice and hard-boiled eggs x2

SNACKS:
  • Veggies: Cucumbers, Carrots, Cabbage, Kale, Broccoli, Peppers, Zucchini, Beans
  • Fruit: Apples, Bananas, Clementines, Cherry tomatoes, Grapefruit
  • Spiced Almonds , Toasted Walnuts, and sunflower seeds
  • Energy Balls
  • String Cheese
  • Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes
LUNCH:

  • Mexican Hot Chocolate
  • Nyakers Gingersnaps (the best gingersnaps evah!)
