- Veggies: Cucumbers, Carrots, Peppers, Cabbage, Broccoli, Zucchini, Spinach
- Fruits: Apples, Oranges, Bananas, Blueberries, Tomatoes
- Cottage Cheese
- Cheese Sticks
- Pretzel Sticks and Peanut Butter Dip
- Hardboiled Eggs
- Applesauce
- Spinach Salad
- Dried Fruit and Nuts
- Edamame
- Sunflower seeds
- Black bean burritos w/ tomatoes and cheese
- Tuna Melts w/ peppers
- Couscous Salad
- Warm Spinach Salad and flat-out garlic crisps
- Pasta w/ pesto, tomatoes and pine nuts
- Leftovers x2
DINNER:
- Chicken Fried Rice w/ brown rice
- Spinach Frittata and potato pancakes
- Baked Salmon, couscous and broccoli
- Grilled Veggie Naan Pizzas
- Lentil Soup and salad
- Leftovers and roasted garlic veggies
- Subway :)
