Weekly Menu - Week of 2/21

Sorry no recipe links this week... gotta move quickly. ;)

BREAKFAST:
  • Freezer french Toast x2
  • Blueberry flax pancakes from freezer x2
  • Dry cereal x2
  • Oatmeal
SNACKS and SIDES:
  • Veggies: Carrots, Peppers, Cucumbers, Mushrooms, Broccoli, Spinach, Zucchini
  • Fruits: Apples, Grapes, Tomatoes, Bananas, Pears
  • Greek yogurt
  • Cucumber Salad
  • Broccoli Salad
 LUNCH: 
  • Grilled cheese and soup
  • Soup and garlic flax toast x2 
  •  veggie burgers
  • Falafel balls and marinara
  • Leftovers
DINNER:
  • Potato Pancakes and Eggs
  • Spinach Mushroom quesadillas and black beans & salad
  • Chicken Parm, Pesto Pasta and Stuffed Mushrooms
  • Stuffed Zucchini w/ barley and salad
  • Mushroom and pepper risotto and salad
  • White bean and garlic spinach pizza
  • Grilled Veggie sandwiched (use leftovers from week) and salad
NO DESSERT: We are on a "refined-sugar-fast" still Our sugar intake is limited to natural sugars, so if we get a sweet tooth this week it will be fulfilled with some fruit or plain Greek yogurt. Not that we have a lot of refined sugar around here, we just want to detox! ;)  The BEST dessert EVER-- plain Greek yogurt w/ a touch of blue agave nectar (all can be found at Costco)!!
