- Fruits: Apples, Grapes, Tomatoes, Bananas, Pears
- Greek yogurt
- Cucumber Salad
- Broccoli Salad
- Grilled cheese and soup
- Soup and garlic flax toast x2
- veggie burgers
- Falafel balls and marinara
- Leftovers
- Potato Pancakes and Eggs
- Spinach Mushroom quesadillas and black beans & salad
- Chicken Parm, Pesto Pasta and Stuffed Mushrooms
- Stuffed Zucchini w/ barley and salad
- Mushroom and pepper risotto and salad
- White bean and garlic spinach pizza
- Grilled Veggie sandwiched (use leftovers from week) and salad
