We all know about Restaurant.com (and love it), but recently I stumbled upon a new site for CHEAP gift certificates...Half Off Deals.com offers gift certificates for restaurants, stores and services at HALF of their face value. Just search by your state and click on the available gift certificates. For example, most gift certificates are a $50 value, so you just pay $25 out of pocket. No restrictions like min. amount and most seem to expire at the end of the year, and it looks like these will be mailed to you ($4 s&h fee). Could be a great deal, especially if you can find one of the spa certificates. ;)
