Weekly Menu - Week of 3/7




New to menu planning?

BREAKFAST:
  • Kashi waffles and orange juice
  • Yogurt and granola x2
  • Dry cereal and bananas x2
  • Steel-cut oats w/ applesauce and cinnamon x2

SNACKS:
  • Veggies:  Cucumbers, Carrots, Potatoes, Spinach, Kale, Cabbage, Broccoli,
  • Fruit:  Grapes, Bananas, Apples, Oranges, Avocado, Tomatoes
  • Dried fruit and nuts
  • Popcorn
  • Pretzels and Peanut Butter
  • Cheese Sticks
  • Yogurt

LUNCH:
  • Mexican Pizzas w/ black beans, tomatoes, cheese, green onion 
  • Tuna Melt with cheese
  • Veggie burger patty (Morningstar) w/ cream cheese & veggies
  • Cold Pasta Salad and apple slices
  • Veggie kabobs, hummus dip and leftover Kashi pilaf
  • Leftover Lasagna
  • Leftover Zucchini Cakes

DINNER:
  • Potato and Corn Chowder Soup and salad
  • Zucchini and Potato cakes
  • Vegetable Lasagna with added zucchini, carrots, broccoli, onions, and mushrooms
  • 10-Second Mediterranean Salad and whole grain garlic toast
  • Kashi pilaf with roasted veggies and sesame ginger sauce
  • Vegetarian Frittata
  • Citrus Cilanto Chicken and roasted veggies
