- Cheese Sticks
- Yogurt
LUNCH:
- Mexican Pizzas w/ black beans, tomatoes, cheese, green onion
- Tuna Melt with cheese
- Veggie burger patty (Morningstar) w/ cream cheese & veggies
- Cold Pasta Salad and apple slices
- Veggie kabobs, hummus dip and leftover Kashi pilaf
- Leftover Lasagna
- Leftover Zucchini Cakes
DINNER:
- Potato and Corn Chowder Soup and salad
- Zucchini and Potato cakes
- Vegetable Lasagna with added zucchini, carrots, broccoli, onions, and mushrooms
- 10-Second Mediterranean Salad and whole grain garlic toast
- Kashi pilaf with roasted veggies and sesame ginger sauce
- Vegetarian Frittata
- Citrus Cilanto Chicken and roasted veggies
