I've done this before and canceling the auto-renewal is fairly simple. Basically, they will send you an email 1 mo before next year's book is published with instructions on how to cancel. If you don't cancel, your card will automatically be charged and you will be sent next years book (minus a $5 discount)
Good point, Misty! I wasn't sure how they would handle canceling the renewal book. That's good to know! Thx for the tip! :)
ReplyDeletefyi- if you sign up for auto-renew for future books (to save the $5 now) and then cancel it before the 2011 book ships, it says you WILL be billed $5 for canceling, since you previously accepted the $5 discount. so, no point in doing all that work when you don't really get the add'l $5 off. just a heads up...
