If you've been following me for any time here, you know from my Weekly Menus how much I LOVE Greek yogurt!  My daughter and I eat it every single day, usually as a snack or dessert.

I typically buy the large containers of nonfat, plain Greek yogurt at Costco and then we add some fresh fruit or a dollop of raw honey to it.  Hits the spot.  What I love most about Greek yogurt (besides the absolute creaminess) is that it has about twice the amount of protein than regular yogurts.  Since we don't eat a lot of meat around here, that's important for us.
