Weekly Menu - Week of 4/11



New to menu planning?

BREAKFAST:
  • Scrambled Eggs and spinach
  • Gluten-free Banana Muffins (from freezer) and yogurt
  • Steel-cut oatmeal x2
  • Dry cereal x2
  • Flax Toast with peanut butter and hard boiled egg
SNACKS:
  • Veggies:  Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Peppers, Potatoes, Zucchini, Cucumbers, Carrots
  • Fruits:  Pineapple, Blueberries, Strawberries, Kiwi, Tomatoes, Bananas, Avocados
  • Cottage Cheese
  • Greek yogurt
  • Walnuts and Pistachios
  • Granola Balls
  • Hummus and veggies
  • Apple Chips
LUNCH:
  • Falafel Balls and Cucumber Dill yogurt dip
  • Garden Burger (Morningstar) w/ Avocado and black beans
  • PB and J
  • Greek Wrap
  • Cabbage and Veggie Soup
  • Leftovers x2
DINNER:
