  • Fruit Smoothies
  • Grits with honey
  • Quinoa Pancakes
  • Dry cereal and fruit x2
SNACKS:

  • Veggies:  Mushrooms, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Peppers, Zucchini, Cucumbers, Carrots
  • Fruits:  Grapes, Strawberries, Kiwi, Tomatoes, Bananas, Avocados, Oranges
  • Cottage Cheese
  • Greek yogurt
  • Walnuts and Pistachios
  • Cheese Sticks
  • Hard boiled Eggs
  • Air-popped popcorn
LUNCH:
DINNER:
