Weekly Menu Plan
New to menu planning?
BREAKFAST:
  • Grapefruit and almond butter toast x2
  • Cereal and fruit x2
  • Cream of Wheat x2
  • Smoothies
 SNACKS/SIDES:
  • Veggies: Cucumbers, Kale, Spinach, Carrots, Sweet Potatoes, Onions, Peppers, Lettuce
  • Fruits: Bananas, Grapefruit, Apples, Pineapple,  Tomatoes, Avocados
  • Raw Almonds
  • Raw Sunflower Seeds
  • Yogurt
  • Dried Figs
  • String Cheese
  • Baked Chips and Fresh Salsa
LUNCH:
*We're on-to-go all this week!
  • Veggie burgers (Morning Star)
  • Lentils w/ Red Beans (Tasty Bite) and salad
  • Sandwiches x2
  • Leftovers x2
  • Eat out
