Weekly Menu Plan
New to menu planning?

BREAKFAST:
  • Quinoa Porridge
  • Peanut Butter, Flax and Banana Smoothie
  • Fruit, Yogurt and Granola parfaits
  • Eggs and Pancakes x2
  • Dry cereal and fruit x2
 SNACKS/SIDES:
  • Veggies: Cucumbers, Kale, Spinach, Carrots, Sweet Potatoes, Onions, Peppers, Mushrooms
  • Fruits: Bananas, Grapes, Apples, Blackberries, Kiwi, Peaches, Tomatoes, Avocados
  • Raw Nuts
  • Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Dried Figs and Prunes
  • Babybel Cheese
LUNCH:
  • Tuna Pasta Salad x2
  • Baked Sweet Potatoes and Spinach Salad
  • Grilled Cheese w/ veggies
  • Hummus and Veggie Wrap
  • Leftovers x2
DINNER:
