I have Windows 7 (my BF is an IT guy so our computers are all fairly new) and can't print Colgate/Palmolive company. I wrote to them complaining and got a generic response about "software compatibility". My computer isn't too old it's too new! Ecentives doesn't support Windows 7 even though it's been out for 8 months. Colgate was nice enough to send me some coupons (that don't expire for a year and half) but still I would like them to ask their vendor to update their software for Windows 7. If anyone else has this issue I'd appreciate if you'd write to Colgate AND Ecentives and ask them to support the Windows 7 OS.
