Want to Start a Vegetable Garden This Year?

Here in AZ we are blessed with great winters -  a trade-off for the ridiculous summers.  But those 60-70 degree winter days make it easy for us to garden year-round.

I have to admit, though, last winter, I yanked everything up and took the winter off.  This fall/winter is going to be different.  With my little one in part-time preK, I am getting the vegetable garden back in shape... just in time for the winter.

I am, by no means, a seasoned gardener so I still have to look up what is worth planting right now and (most importantly) what will thrive in the coming months.

In my research quest, I came across SproutRobot.  I love that it's a FREE service and I love that it sends me emails with what I should be planting right now based on my zip code!! No more guessing!
