** LOTS leftover from last week so we're just using stuff up!
BREAKFAST:
- Smoothies & Hardboiled Eggs or Cottage Cheese x2
- Whole Wheat Waffles from freezer & homemade applesauce x2
- Oatmeal and Bananas
- Toast and fruit kabobs x2 (Is it weird that my daughter asks for garlic powder on her toast?)
- Veggies: Peppers, O-Carrots, O-Spinach & Lettuce, Squash, Onions, O-Peas, O-Green Beans
- Fruits: Bananas, O- Grapes, Tomatoes, Avocado, O-Apples, Peaches (Canned weeks ago)
- Cheese - Tillamook, Cottage Cheese
- Greek Yogurt (plain, fat-free)
- Air-popped popcorn
- Flattened Bananas (from Trader Joe's) and O-Peanut Butter
- Raw Almonds
- Dried Cantaloupe and Blueberries
- Lunch out w/ friends
- Lunch out w/ fam
- Salads & Soup
- Nitrate-free deli turkey wraps
- Leftovers x2
- Spinach & Potato Pancakes and fruit
- Vegetarian Frittata
- Spinach, Garlic and Mozzarella Pizza w/ salad
- Chicken Panko Parmesan w/ salad
- Toasted Vegetable Tacos w/ black beans
- Wild Rice and Barley soup with spinach salad
- Family Night at Church
- Leftovers
The applesauce recipe was so good. I made it for my husband's family while they were visiting. Nothing like something homemade and warm to start the morning!
