Weekly Menu - Week of 9/26

Weekly Menu PlanNew to menu planning?


** LOTS leftover from last week so we're just using stuff up!

BREAKFAST:

  • Smoothies & Hardboiled Eggs or Cottage Cheese x2
  • Whole Wheat Waffles from freezer & homemade applesauce x2
  • Oatmeal and Bananas 
  • Toast and fruit kabobs x2 (Is it weird that my daughter asks for garlic powder on her toast?)
SNACKS & SIDES:
  • Veggies: Peppers, O-Carrots, O-Spinach & Lettuce, Squash, Onions, O-Peas, O-Green Beans
  • Fruits: Bananas, O- Grapes, Tomatoes, Avocado, O-Apples, Peaches (Canned weeks ago)
  • Cheese - Tillamook, Cottage Cheese
  • Greek Yogurt (plain, fat-free)
  • Air-popped popcorn
  • Flattened Bananas (from Trader Joe's) and O-Peanut Butter
  • Raw Almonds
  • Dried Cantaloupe and Blueberries
 LUNCH:  
  • Lunch out w/ friends
  • Lunch out w/ fam
  • Salads & Soup
  • Nitrate-free deli turkey wraps
  • Leftovers x2
  • Spinach & Potato Pancakes and fruit
DINNER:

  1. The applesauce recipe was so good. I made it for my husband's family while they were visiting. Nothing like something homemade and warm to start the morning!
