Homemade Taco Seasoning
1 tablespoon chili powder (add more if you like spicy)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (add more if you like spicy)
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
* Mix all spices in bowl and store in airtight container or in freezer bag.
* Use 3TB. of seasoning per pound of browned beef or turkey.
* Can also be added to avocados for guacamole dip.

1/4 cup all-purpose flour (if you like thicker chili - omit if you like it thinner, soup-like)
4 teaspoons chili powder
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 tablespoon dried, minced garlic
2 teaspoons white sugar
2 teaspoons ground cumin (I like to add a bit more)
2 teaspoons dried parsley
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
* Mix all spices in bowl and store in airtight container or in freezer bag.
* Use 3TB. of seasoning per pound of browned beef or turkey.
