Weekly Menu - Week of 10/3

BREAKFAST:
  • Green Juice and yogurt
  • Cinnamon Flax Oatmeal
  • Cinnamon Toast and Homemade Applesauce
  • Barbara's Bakery Shredded Wheat and Bananas
  • Spinach Omelettes and Green Juice
  • Almond Flax Granola and Greek Yogurt
  • Quinoa Porridge, Blueberries and Hardboiled Eggs
SNACKS & SIDES:
  • Veggies: Peppers, O-Carrots, O-Spinach & Lettuce, Squash, Onions, O-Peas, O-Green Beans, Spaghetti Squash, Mushrooms
  • Fruits: Bananas, O- Grapes, Tomatoes, Avocado, O-Apples
  • Cheese - Tillamook Cheddar, Cream Cheese and String Cheese
  • Greek Yogurt (plain, fat-free)
  • Dried Berries and Dried Cantaloupe (so good!)
  • Homemade Applesauce
  • Graham Cracker Sticks and Peanut Butter
 LUNCH:  
  • Lunch date x2
  • Leftovers x2
  • Quinoa Pilaf and Salad
  • Annie's Mac & Cheese with veggies
  • Avocado, Veggie and Hummus Wrap
DINNER:
  • Spaghetti Squash and Marinara w/ salad
  • Italian Mozzarella Mini Turkey Loaves and Veggies
  • Chicken and Dumplings w/ salad (thanks Plentiful Pantry!)
  • Black Bean Tostadas
  • Spinach Ravioli with Mushrooms and Pesto
  • Veggie Naan Pizza
  • Family Night at Church

    For the green juice, I like Naked's Green Machine but I haven't found it at Costco lately so I've been making my own with my juicer and tweaking this recipe:

    I like it without the fennel and a little bit of pineapple mixed in. :)
