Weekly Menu - Thanksgiving Edition

This week we are just going to wing it and eat up what is in the fridge, making room for all those yummy Thanksgiving leftovers!  Of course, Thursday will be filled be plenty of planned food (that will likely be prepped on Wednesday) so here's the plan:

NOTE:  I always cook up LOTS of extras so everyone can be fed for days after, too.

*  Organic Turkey (got a 15lb. organic turkey, 2lbs. organic corn, and 4 homemade chowders with a Groupon gift voucher from Nature's Prime Organics)

Stuffing and Gravy (Dad is making these)

Roasted Vegetables - Asparagus, Peppers, Carrots, and Green Beans

Sweet Potato Casserole - Without the marshmallows on top and substituted with pecans instead.

*   Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes

*   Brussel Sprouts with Pecans

*   Cranberry Sauce 

*   Pumpkin Dinner Rolls

*   Apple-Cranberry Pie

Strawberry Pretzel Salad


*   Pumpkin Pie (from Costco)
