{reminder} Order your 100% Natural Chicken at just $1.49lb

Just a reminder that you need to place your orders by Jan. 15th!

Zaycon Foods will be holding events at two locations on Saturday, January 22, 2011.  The fresh, natural chicken breasts are sold in 40lb. cases (4-10lb. bags) for just $1.49lb.  

Are you wondering what you'd do with 40 pounds of fresh chicken?  I am planning on separating the chicken into family-size portions (in FoodSaver or Ziploc baggies) with either marinade, seasonings or plain.  I will also baked/boil some to have it shredded and ready-to-go.  The bags all freeze flat, so it really doesn't take up that much room.

This would also be something that you may want split with a family member or friend.  Ask around and bring a friend down to the event to share some chicken. ;)

Do you live near Gilbert or Peoria and want to get in on this great deal?! NOTE:  I live approx. 30-40 min. but a friend and I will make the fun trip for this price!  (By the way, Zaycon Foods also currently offers events in Idaho, Texas, Oklahoma and Washington as well.)

Zaycon Foods is taking orders through January 15th, so be sure to place your order before then so you don't miss out!

• Go HERE and Register for an account at Zaycon Foods.  When registering, please use 'gooddealgal' in the referral field.
• Log-in to your account and click on "Place Order" for as many 40lb. boxes of fresh chicken as you need.  Remember, it can be frozen for 6-9 months so think ahead.  Zaycon Foods is planning to return within that time as well.
• You'll be guided to choose your pick-up location: Gilbert or Peoria (see above).
• Go to your pick-up location on Saturday, January 22nd to get your chicken!  On a side note, the chicken will *probably* be OK on your drive home, but since my drive will be more than 30 min. I am planning on bringing a cooler with ice.
• Be a good friend and spread the word....Your friends want fresh chicken, too! :)
