Weekly Menu - Week of 2/6

Weekly Menu PlanNew to menu planning?

BREAKFAST:
  • Kefir, fruit and Toast
  • Quinoa Pancakes (from freezer) Fruit Kabobs
  • Freezer French Toast w/ peanut butter x2
  • Grits with honey
  • Steel-cut oats
  • Barbara's Bakery cereal and kefir w/ fruit
SNACKS/SIDES:
  • Veggies: Cucumbers, Broccoli, Onions, Zucchini, Peppers, Potatoes,  Green Beans, Peas, Carrots, Salad Mix, Asparagus, Mushrooms
  • Fruits: Bananas, Grapes, Avocados, Apples, Kiwis, Tomatoes, Grapefruit
  • Cheese - Tillamook Cheddar, Cream Cheese, Cottage Cheese
  • Greek Yogurt (plain, fat-free)
  • Plain Organic Kefir (can't live without this!!!)
  • Air-Popped Popcorn
  • Hummus
 LUNCH: 
  • Nitrate-free turkey sandwiches w/ Veggie Kabobs x2
  • Tuna pasta salad
  • On the go:  Sandwiches and fresh cut veggies and fruits x2 
  • Leftovers x2
DINNER:
