Weekly Menu - Week of 4/10

Weekly Menu PlanNew to menu planning?

BREAKFAST:
  • Greek Yogurt & Fruit
  • Steel-cut Oats w/ flax and applesauce x2
  • Pumpkin Whole Wheat Pancakes and eggs x2
  • Dry cereal and fruit 
  • Eggs and smoothies
SNACKS/SIDES:
  • Veggies: Carrots, Cucumbers, Onions, Broccoli, Asparagus, Green Beans (frozen), Peas (frozen), Corn (canned it when it was in season), Kale (from garden)
  • Fruits: Bananas, Grapes, Apples, Cantaloupe, Strawberries
  • Cheese - Tillamook Cheddar, Cream Cheese, String Cheese, Cottage Cheese
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Whole Wheat Crackers 
  • Raw Nuts
  • Air-popped popcorn
LUNCH: 
  • Lunch out after church using Groupon
  • Lunch-on-the-go w/ sandwiches or wraps and fresh veggies x2
  • Homemade Flat out pizzas and veggies
  • Lunch w/ Dad
  • Leftovers x2
DINNER:
  • Grilled Turkey & Cheese Sandwiches w/ salad (Hub's turn to cook, lol)
  • Coconut-Crusted Tialpia, Kashi Pilaf and Veggies
  • Black Bean Tacos and Chipolte salad 
  • White Chicken Chili and salad
  • Baked Spaghetti and salad 
  • Dinner w/ Dan & Mandy at our house - Quesadilla Pie, Salad and Dessert
  • Dinner w/ Dad - Not sure what to eat yet
