Even though I'm considerably health-conscious, I've never jumped on the health wagon for tofu and other soy products. I've never really cared for them. After reading an article from one of my favorite doctors, Dr. Mercola, I've learned that avoiding certain soy products (including tofu) may not be a bad thing.
With so many people consuming large quantities of soy products and feeding it to their infants, I thought I would share this interesting article on the dangers of soy.
