As part of National Youth Sports Week (July 20-24), Cigna Medical Group CareToday is offering discounted sports physicals for $25 on July 25. Those who complete a no-appointment physical that day will also meet a member of the NFL Arizona Cardinals, learn his pre-game stretches, fitness tips and how to throw a football. Sports radio KGME-AM offers prizes for those correctly answering health trivia questions.
