Weekly Menu - Week of 11/22

New to menu planning?

BREAKFAST:

* Peanut Butter Banana Smoothies
* Flax Toast w/ cinnamon and apple slices
* Fruit and yogurt parfait
* Spinach, Mushroom, and Tomato Omelettes
* Dry cereal and fresh fruit x2
* Flax French Toast w/ agave nectar

SNACKS:

* Veggies: Pepper Strips, Cucumbers, Carrots, Mushroom caps, Broccoli
* Fruits: Apples, Pears, Bananas, Mandarin Oranges
* String Cheese
* Wheat crackers and nut butter
* Cottage Cheese and fruit
* Leftover cranberry sauce
* Leftover potatoes, green bean casserole, brussel sprouts

LUNCH:

* Leftovers
* Veggie Subs
* Spinach, Black Bean & Mushroom Quesadilla
* Fish Fingers (fish sticks), leftover potatoes and veggies
* Cold Pasta Salad


DINNER:


* SpƤetzle with roasted vegetables and garlic sauce (Hubby will get schnitzel with his)
* Turkey and Wild Rice Soup and spinach salad
* Black Bean burgers and salad
* 10-Second Mediterranean Salad and whole grain garlic toast
* Leftovers
* Dinner at friend's house

DESSERTS:

* What else? PIE!

Thanksgiving Menu:

* Turkey, Stuffing and Gravy (Dad is making these)
* Cranberry Sauce (I need to find a good recipe)
* Brussel Sprouts with Pecans
* Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes
* Sweet Potato Casserole
* Green Bean and Mushroom Casserole
* Pumpkin Dinner Rolls
* Pumpkin Pie, Apple Pie (from Costco)

Ugh, I already feel sick just typing it all....
