This week is nutty for us...we have so much going on that we're hardly home. I'm planning lunches to take "on-the-go" and dinners that can be made in a snap.
BREAKFAST:
* Cereal and Juice x2
* Eggs & spinach and tomatoes w/ toast
* Steel cut oatmeal and applesauce x2
* Cinnamon Squash Muffins and yogurt x2
* Whole Wheat Flax french Toast Sticks
SNACKS:
* Veggies: Peppers, Carrots, Mushrooms, Cucumbers, Broccoli, Asparagus
* Fruits: Apples, Bananas, Oranges,
* Cheese sticks
* Cottage Cheese with cinnamon
* Popcorn
* Dried Fruit and Nuts
LUNCH:
* Veggie wraps x2
* Peanut Butter and Jelly x2
* Cold Pasta Salad
* Lunch dates x2
DINNER:
* Spaghetti Squash and Marinara
* Spinach, Cottage Cheese & Mozzarella Stuffed Shells
* Toasted Vegetable Tacos and Spicy Black Beans
* Vegetarian Frittata and southern potatoes
* Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms with Quinoa and spinach
* My baby girl's birthday dinner out!!
* Dinner at Friends'
DESSERTS:
* Yogurt
* Applesauce
* Mexican hot Chocolate
* Birthday cake for my Lil' Peanut
