Each week I highlight the best grocery deals from my local grocers including one of my favorites, Safeway. Our local Safeway has the freshest produce, the cleanest store, the friendliest staff, and great deals that seem to get better everyday!

You may know that Safeway is affiliated with other stores such as: Vons, Pavillons, Genuardi's, Dominick's, Carrs, Randalls, and Tom Thumb. But did you know that Safeway's website offers more than hours and locations?

Safeway.com has printable coupons, recipes & meal ideas, Weekly Specials and even scheduled grocery delivery (which you can get FREE delivery on your 1st online order!)

I was surprised during a recent trip to Safeway when I noticed that they were permantly slashing prices on everyday favorites as a way to bring an even greater value to their shoppers (something I can sure appreciate)!! I always make a special trip to hit up their 48-hr. sales since they are unbeatable prices!

Tomorrow (Wed.) I'll be posting the new Safeway deals and since Safeway sent me a $25 gift card to use at any of the affiliated stores, I thought I would give an early Christmas present to one of my lovely readers!! :)
