Weekly Menu - Week of 6/27

Weekly Menu Plan
New to menu planning?

BREAKFAST: 
  • Banana Pancakes
  • Out to breakfast w/ Dad
  • Egg Muffins and fruit salad x2
  • Grits and honey
  • Fruit/Yogurt Smoothies and Flax Toast
SNACKS & SIDES:
  • Veggies: Cucumbers, Carrots, Onions, Red Peppers, Broccoli, Spinach, Eggplant, Cauliflower
  • Fruits: Bananas, Watermelon, Cantaloupe, Apples, Grapes, Blueberries, Avocado,Tomatoes
  • Hummus and veggies
  • Flattened Bananas with Peanut Butter
  • Cheese and Crackers
  • Greek Yogurt
LUNCH:
  • Tuna pasta salad x2
  • ½ turkey sandwich x2 
  • Leftovers
  • Lunch date x2
DINNER:
  • Homemade Flat Out Margarita Pizzas
  • Stuffed Mediterranean Mushrooms w/ brown rice
  • Baked Cod, Mashed Cauliflower, Veggies
  • Spinach and Mushroom Quesadillas
  • Chicken Curry in a Hurry
  • Quesadilla Pie
  • Heading out of town on V.A.C.A.T.I.O.N!!  Woot, woot!
