BREAKFAST:
  • Blueberry Flax Pancakes
  • Kirkland's Nature's Path Ancient Grains cereal
  • Grapefruit and Flax Toast w/ Almond Butter
  • Smoothie & Cottage with Toast
  • Barbara's Bakery Shredded Wheat and Berries x2
  • Omelettes - Cheese, Mushroom & Onions
SNACKS/SIDES:
  • Veggies: Cucumbers, Onions, Salad Mix, Green Beans, Peas, Carrots
  • Fruits: Bananas, Tangerines & Lemons (thanks Dom!), Grapefruit (thanks Paul!), Apples, Avocados, Blueberries
  • Cheese - Tillamook, Cream Cheese, Cottage Cheese
  • Greek Yogurt (plain, fat-free)
  • Nuts
  • Almond Butter
  • Banana Bread
