Weekly Menu - Week of 4/25

Weekly Menu PlanNew to menu planning?
**  I didn't link up any recipes this week... I was trying to move quickly.  Just leave a comment if you desire a recipe. :)

BREAKFAST:
  • Greek Yogurt and Fruit
  • Pumpkin Waffles with honey butter and eggs
  • Grits w/ honey and butter & fruit x2
  • Steel-cut Oats w/ flax and applesauce x2
  • Hardboiled Eggs and Fruit
SNACKS/SIDES:
  • Veggies: Carrots, Cucumbers, Onions, Broccoli, Green Beans (frozen), Peas (frozen), Kale (from garden), Green Onions, Peppers, Zucchini, Lettuce
  • Fruits: Bananas, Grapes, Apples, Cantaloupe, Tomatoes (from garden), Strawberries, Cantaloupe
  • Cheese - Tillamook Cheddar, Cream Cheese, String Cheese, Cottage Cheese
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Whole Wheat Crackers 
  • Raw Almonds
  • Air-popped popcorn
  • Banana Bread  (made last week)
  • Zucchini Bread (need to make)
  • Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins (need to make more)
LUNCH: 
  • Easter brunch at Country Club 
  • Lunch out using Groupon
  • Morning Star "Chicken Nuggets" and veggies
  • Fish Fingers and Veggies
  • Egg Salad Sandwiches and Veggie
  • Vegetarian Taco Salads
  • Leftovers
DINNER:
  • Easter Dinner w/ Family
  • Veggie Stir Fry w/ brown rice (didn't fix last week)
  • Vegetarian Shepard's Pie (w/ Easter leftovers)
  • Ham & Bean Soup
  • Leftovers before church
  • Spinach and Mushroom Ravioli Bake
  • Homemade Pizza (use fresh dough from Trader Joe's)
