Breakfast:
- Grits and orange juice
- Flax Toast and peanut butter
- Dry cereal and sliced bananas x2
- Raspberry, yogurt, and granola parfaits
- Whole Grain Waffles (make extra and freeze)
- Strawberry Orange Smoothies and Scrambled Eggs
- Cantaloupe and cottage cheese
- Pears and cheese slices
- Bananas and peanut butter
- Yogurt, grapes and Toasted walnuts
- Broccoli trees and dip
- Carrot sticks
- Cold Asparagus salad with mozzarella
- Whole grain crackers with cheese and tomato
- Turkey Wraps with veggies
- Fish Fingers (fish sticks), leftover potatoes and veggies
- Brown Rice with leftover veggies
- Spinach, Black Bean, Red Pepper and cheese quesadilla
- Leftovers
- Black Bean Tostadas and Corn relish (We could do these every week!)
- Eggplant Parmesan and angel hair
- Spinach, Cottage Cheese & Mozzarella Stuffed Shells
- Salad and baked potatoes with black bean & corn relish
- Baked Cod (from freezer), Asparagus Risotto, and Broccoli
- Turnip and Potato Patties and spinach salad (I'll have to get a couple of turnips, but yum!)
- Vegetable Curry and quinoa
- Crockpot Applesauce (Mmmm, this will last us several desserts.....possibly.)
- Frozen Yogurt
- Fruit - Cantaloupe and grapes
