Breakfast:
- Orange Juice and oatmeal
- Pumpkin Pancakes (make extra and freeze)
- Dry cereal and sliced bananas
- Hard-boiled egg and fruit kabobs
- Cinnamon Toast and fruit
- Bagels, cream cheese and fruit x2
- Veggies - broc., cauliflower, asparagus, tomatoes, zucchini, peppers
- Fruits - Pineapple, grapes, raspberries, bananas, applesauce
- Whole Grain crackers and spinach dip
- String Cheese w/ fruits or veggies
- Black Bean Salad
- Veggie wraps
- Sandwiches and veggies x2
- Spinach salad and Kale and veggie soup
- Leftovers x2
- Pasta Salad
Dinner:
- Get togethers (Bringing Salads, pasta, and desserts)
- Kale and Roasted Veggie Soup (substitute zucchini for butternut), Salad and Cornbread
- Chicken, Artichoke & Mushroom Pasta w/ Garlic Sauce (& spinach salad)
- Vegetarian Shephard's Pie ( & spinach salad)
- Pumpkin Pancakes and Spinach Frittata
- Veggie Stir Fry with Kashi Pilaf
- Sweet Pumpkin Dumplings - Can you tell I'm excited about Fall? I had a can of real pumpkin puree that was dying to be eaten this week!
- Frozen Yogurt
- Pineapple dipped in dark chocolate - Oh.my.YUM!
