We took last week off from a "plan" since Ele had her tonsils out and Hubs and I had bronchitis. I think we're all ready to tackle real food again....

- Vegetable and black bean fajitas
- Vegetable Lasagna
- Moroccan White-Bean sliders, sweet potato fries, and spinach salad
- Stuffed Portabella Caps, roasted green veggies, and garlic quinoa
- Dijon Salmon, veggies and leftover quinoa
- Vegetatian Paella
- Sloppy Janes (w/ ground turkey) and spinach salad
