I haven't done any grocery shopping since we haven't been at home for a week now... I do need to pick up some things this week, but mostly we'll be going through our pantries, deep freezer and eating through our stockpile.
BREAKFAST:
- Cereal and Fresh Apple Juice x2
- Flax Toast with Cinnamon and Eggs x2
- Yogurt and Bananas x2
- Fruit Smoothies and Squash Muffins from the freezer
- Cheese sticks and crackers
- Apple Chips
- Carrots and Hummus
- Cottage Cheese and Pineapple
- Nuts and Dried Cranberries
- Cucumber and tomatoes
- Black Bean salad
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Peanut Butter and Banana on Flax bread
- Bean Burritos and Sprouted tortillas
- Morningstar "Chick'n" nuggets and Zucchini Sticks
- Pasta Primavera x2
- Leftovers x2
- 3-Bean Chili
- Spinach Frittata
- Spaghetti Squash and marinara w/ spinach salad
- Kashi pilaf with roasted veggies and sesame ginger sauce
- Black Bean Tostadas
- Grilled Vegetable Pizza
- Wild Mushroom Stroganoff and spinach salad
- Yogurt
- Fruit
- Frozen Yogurt
